Bookings and deposits
A booking is confirmed once a 30% deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due ahead of travel, as agreed at the time of booking. Custom quotations are available for longer or bespoke journeys.
What is included
Rates cover your companion's time and company. Travel, accommodation, meals, visas, insurance and other journey-related expenses are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing before the journey begins.
Cancellations
We ask for as much notice as possible if plans change. Deposit refund terms depend on how much notice is given and will be discussed clearly at the time of booking.
Conduct
We expect all clients to treat their companion with courtesy and respect throughout the journey. Any arrangement may be ended by either party if this expectation is not met.
